Nationwide, the price for 1 gram of 22-carat gold stood at ₹14,251, marking a decrease of ₹214. Meanwhile, 8 grams of 22-carat gold was priced at ₹1,14,008, down by ₹1,712.
In Delhi, 22-carat gold was priced at ₹14,315 for 1 gram (down by ₹170) and ₹1,14,520 for 8 grams (down by ₹1,360). For 24-carat gold in the capital, 1 gram cost ₹15,031 (down by ₹178) and 8 grams cost ₹1,20,248 (down by ₹1,424).
In Mumbai, 22-carat gold traded at ₹14,265 for 1 gram (down by ₹170) and ₹1,14,120 for 8 grams (down by ₹1,360). The 24-carat gold in Mumbai was recorded at ₹14,978 for 1 gram (down by ₹179) and ₹1,19,824 for 8 grams (down by ₹1,432).
In Kolkata, 1 gram of 22-carat gold was priced at ₹14,365 (down by ₹170) and 8 grams at ₹1,14,920 (down by ₹1,360). The 24-carat gold in Kolkata stood at ₹15,083 for 1 gram (down by ₹179) and ₹1,20,664 for 8 grams (down by ₹1,432).
In Chennai, the drop was more pronounced. 22-carat gold was priced at ₹13,950 for 1 gram (down by ₹435) and ₹1,11,600 for 8 grams (down by ₹3,480). The 24-carat gold in Chennai was recorded at ₹14,648 for 1 gram (down by ₹456) and ₹1,17,184 for 8 grams (down by ₹3,648).
In Bengaluru, 22-carat gold was available at ₹14,325 for 1 gram (down by ₹170) and ₹1,14,600 for 8 grams (down by ₹1,360). For 24-carat gold, 1 gram cost ₹15,041 (down by ₹179) and 8 grams cost ₹1,20,328 (down by ₹1,432).
