Investment firm SWI Group has become a Preferred Partner in the NVIDIA Cloud Partner program, gaining access to reference architectures to support its AI infrastructure deployment. The development follows SWI's recent acquisition of Genesis Digital Assets and its ongoing infrastructure expansion across Europe and the US.

AMSTERDAM — Investment firm SWI Group (AMS: SWICH) has announced that it has joined the NVIDIA Cloud Partner (NCP) program as a Preferred Partner.

With this membership, SWI Group gains access to NVIDIA reference architectures and validated configurations. This infrastructure supports the deployment of new NVIDIA-certified capacity as the platform expands. The company's NVIDIA-certified competencies span compute, networking, and enterprise software.

As a Preferred Partner, SWI Group is positioned to deploy NVIDIA-accelerated computing infrastructure across various AI workloads, ranging from model training and fine-tuning to production-scale inference and agentic AI. The development aligns with the company's approach to operating as a vertically integrated compute provider by deploying GPUs in its AI factories and running an AI cloud platform on NVIDIA AI Enterprise software.

“SWI Group takes another step in its journey to becoming a fully vertically integrated global AI player: first came land, power, shell; now chips, tokens and applications. Our collaboration with NVIDIA will help us establish a strong position in Europe, the US and beyond,” said Max-Hervé George, Founder and CEO of SWI Group.

The company currently holds 3.6 gigawatts of power capacity across Europe and the US. In the US, its main presence is supported by its recent acquisition of a majority stake in Genesis Digital Assets, now known as SWI Digital, which accounts for 1.3 gigawatts of data center capacity. In Europe, SWI has developed AiOnX, a 2.3 gigawatt portfolio spanning Ireland, the UK, Spain, Denmark, and Italy, with one site already leased to a hyperscaler tenant.

Alongside its digital infrastructure initiatives, SWI Group continues to invest in other business areas. Recently, Varia US, managed by SWI, signed a USD 693.9 million joint venture with Brookfield Asset Management.

SWI Group is a global investment group specializing in private markets and is listed on Euronext Amsterdam under the ticker SWICH. The group was formed through the merger of Icona and Stoneweg, deploying capital across digital infrastructure, real estate, and other private-market opportunities.

"The integration of physical power capacity with advanced computing partnerships represents a clear strategic shift in digital infrastructure. By securing power assets in Europe and the US and aligning with key technology providers like NVIDIA, companies are attempting to build end-to-end capabilities across the AI value chain. For businesses operating in capital-intensive sectors, bridging the gap between raw power supply and specialized computing hardware is becoming a critical operational focus." — Dr. Shishir Gupta, Founder & CEO, StartupLanes
