TestMu AI, formerly known as LambdaTest, recently concluded the three-day virtual TestMu Conference 2026. The global event attracted over 75,000 registrations across 120 countries and focused on the industry's shift toward agentic software development and autonomous quality.

SAN FRANCISCO and NOIDA, India — TestMu AI, operating as a full-stack agentic AI quality engineering platform formerly known as LambdaTest, has successfully concluded the fifth edition of its flagship TestMu Conference. The three-day virtual summit centered on the future of agentic engineering, autonomous quality, and the broader software development lifecycle.

According to the company, the event drew significant global participation, recording over 75,000 registrations from developers, testers, engineering leaders, and AI/ML professionals across more than 120 countries. Active engagement during the sessions saw a total attendance of over 10,000 participants.

The conference agenda featured 96 sessions, panels, and workshops led by speakers from prominent technology and enterprise organizations, including Microsoft, Meta, Replit, Databricks, Glean, Hinge Health, Salesforce, and Piramal Finance. Notable industry representatives included Luis Héctor Chávez, Chief Technology Officer at Replit; Francesca Lazzeri, Principal Group Director at Microsoft; Thomas Dohmke, Co-Founder and CEO of Entire; Dona Sarkar from Microsoft Enterprise AI Advocacy; Rushabh Mehta from Meta; Nilesh Dalvi from Glean; Rashi Agrawal from Hinge Health; and Viktoria Semaan from Databricks.

Discussions throughout the summit crystallized around three core industry imperatives. First, as AI agents shoulder a larger share of engineering tasks, organizations must prioritize rigorous evaluations, verification layers, and continuous validation to establish trust at scale. Second, enterprises need production-grade quality gates, observability, and governance frameworks to transition agentic workflows from pilot projects into mission-critical production environments. Third, engineering leaders must foster the operational culture and skills necessary for teams to effectively supervise and collaborate with AI systems.

Asad Khan, CEO and Co-Founder of TestMu AI, noted that the conference reflected a practical shift in the industry toward responsible engineering of agentic AI. He emphasized that autonomous systems require corresponding autonomous quality measures.

The event was supported by an ecosystem of enterprise partners, including Accenture, Capgemini, LTIMindtree, Microsoft, Persistent, and Wipro.

Following the conclusion of this year's summit, TestMu AI announced that the sixth annual TestMu Conference is scheduled to take place from August 24 to August 26, 2027.

"The large global turnout at the TestMu Conference highlights how quickly software development priorities are shifting toward agentic AI and automated quality engineering. For technology platforms and enterprises alike, moving AI tools from experimental pilots into secure, production-grade environments is the next major operational hurdle. Events that bring together global engineering leaders to address governance, trust, and validation play a vital role in shaping how scalable software will be built and tested over the coming decade." — Dr. Shishir Gupta, Founder & CEO, StartupLanes
