Aster DM Quality Care announced that its Mauritius-based subsidiary, Chemistry Intermediate Holdings, has acquired a 14.21% stake in Bangladesh-based STS Holdings for $44.11 million. The transaction follows a merger framework agreement and has received approval from the National Company Law Tribunal.

NEW DELHI: Aster DM Quality Care Ltd has announced that its Mauritius-based subsidiary, Chemistry Intermediate Holdings Ltd, has acquired a 14.21 per cent stake in STS Holdings Ltd, a Bangladesh-incorporated entity.

The transaction is valued at USD 44.11 million. According to a regulatory filing by Aster DM Quality Care, the acquisition is aligned with a merger framework agreement that was executed on November 29, 2024.

The corporate development follows regulatory approvals. The acquisition received formal approval from the National Company Law Tribunal, Hyderabad bench, in an order dated June 19, 2026.

Chemistry Intermediate Holdings Ltd, the acquiring entity, is incorporated in Mauritius, while STS Holdings Ltd operates as an incorporated entity in Bangladesh.
