According to the company's deployment plan, ₹275 crore from the fresh issue proceeds will be allocated toward the repayment of debt for the company and its subsidiaries. Additionally, ₹61 crore will be invested in step-down subsidiaries Omind Technologies Inc and Omind Technologies to upgrade IT tools. The remaining funds are designated for acquisitions, other strategic initiatives, and general corporate purposes.

Fusion CX operates as a provider of customer experience and artificial intelligence-driven solutions. Its service portfolio caters to multiple sectors, including telecommunications, healthcare, technology, travel, banking, financial services, insurance, and retail.

"Fusion CX's positive listing on the NSE, despite broader market indices trading in the red, demonstrates steady investor appetite for technology-driven service providers. Deploying fresh capital toward debt reduction and upgrading IT infrastructure through subsidiaries indicates a disciplined approach to balance sheet management and operational scaling. As the company expands its footprint across sectors like telecommunications and financial services, utilizing public funds for strategic acquisitions will be crucial for maintaining its competitive edge in the customer experience market." — Dr. Shishir Gupta, Founder & CEO, StartupLanes
