According to a regulatory filing released on Tuesday, the company's total income grew to Rs 464.29 crore in the second quarter. This is an increase from Rs 392.97 crore reported in the same period last year, supported by higher income amid strong market demand for managed workspaces.

Amit Ramani, Chairman and Managing Director of Awfis, stated that the company delivered a steady performance during the quarter. He noted that growth was supported by continued office demand from large enterprises and Global Capability Centres (GCCs).
Ramani added that the firm maintains a focus on premiumisation and operational efficiency. During the September quarter, Awfis added six new centres, bringing its total supply to 254 centres encompassing approximately 174,000 seats across 18 cities. The company reported an overall portfolio occupancy rate of 76.2 per cent for the period.
"The financial performance of Awfis highlights the steady, sustained demand for managed workspaces and flexible offices from large enterprises and Global Capability Centres in India. Scaling infrastructure while maintaining a healthy occupancy rate of over 76 percent demonstrates strong operational execution. As businesses continue to optimize their real estate strategies, the flexible workspace sector is poised for continued growth through a clear focus on utilization efficiency and quality expansion." — Dr. Shishir Gupta, Founder & CEO, StartupLanes
