Eight Aries Agro Leaders Complete Executive Leadership Programme at IIM Ahmedabad

Eight emerging leaders from Aries Agro Ltd and its group companies have completed a five-day 'Next-Gen Leaders Programme' at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIM-A). The executive education initiative was organized in association with the Indian Micro-Fertilizers Manufacturers Association (IMMA) to strengthen leadership and strategic management skills in the specialty plant nutrition sector.

AHMEDABAD — Aries Agro Ltd has announced that eight emerging leaders from the company and its group entities have successfully completed the 'Next-Gen Leaders Programme' at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIM-A).

The five-day executive education programme took place from October 21 to 25 at IIM Ahmedabad’s new campus. Conducted in association with the Indian Micro-Fertilizers Manufacturers Association (IMMA), the course was specifically designed to strengthen managerial capabilities, strategic thinking, and leadership skills for professionals operating within the specialty plant nutrition sector.

During the intensive learning experience, the Aries Agro participants joined 21 peers from across the industry. The cohort was guided by nine faculty members from IIM Ahmedabad, focusing on emerging business challenges, contemporary management approaches, and peer perspectives.
