NEW DELHI — 1Point1 Solutions Limited has reported its financial results for the second quarter of FY27, ended September 30, 2026, registering a consolidated revenue from operations of ₹174.96 crore. This represents a 147 percent increase compared to the same period in the previous fiscal year. On a sequential basis, revenue grew by 10.5 percent over the first quarter of FY27.
Alongside the financial performance, the company announced a $10.8 million, four-year contract with a training institute based in Costa Rica. This agreement is expected to generate approximately $2.7 million annually. Additionally, the firm secured a ₹39.32 crore mandate from an Indian power utility to establish a Customer Experience Centre of Excellence.
For the quarter, EBITDA stood at ₹45.32 crore, reflecting a 109 percent year-on-year growth. However, the EBITDA margin contracted by 475 basis points to 25.9 percent. The company attributed this margin adjustment to the expanded operating base resulting from its earlier Netcom acquisition.
Profit after tax (PAT) for Q2 FY27 rose 87 percent year-on-year to ₹18.41 crore. For the first half of FY27, the company reported total revenue of ₹333.28 crore and a PAT of ₹34.72 crore, marking increases of 138 percent and 80 percent respectively.
In addition to the Costa Rica agreement and the utility mandate, 1Point1 Solutions secured three-year customer experience engagements with VRL Logistics and one of the world's largest securities depositories.
On the technology front, the company’s subsidiary, One Point One Technology Labs, reported that its agentic AI platform, ResolX, has reached 14 deployments across seven enterprise clients, adding two deployments since the previous quarter. The company also rolled out new product releases, including Omvia, which is live with a life insurance client across seven Indian languages, and NETS, which received deployment approval within its first month of release.
"1Point1 Solutions has demonstrated robust top-line growth backed by meaningful international and domestic contract wins. The expansion into international markets like Costa Rica, coupled with large enterprise mandates in India, indicates solid demand for customer experience solutions. While the contraction in EBITDA margins highlights the integration and scaling costs associated with recent acquisitions, maintaining strong revenue and profit momentum at this scale is a positive indicator for the company's long-term operational trajectory." — Dr. Shishir Gupta, Founder & CEO, StartupLanes
