NEW DELHI — Ennature Bio Pharma Limited made its official stock market debut on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and BSE on Wednesday, November 4, 2026. The company operates as a demerged division of India Glycols Limited.
For the fiscal year 2026, Ennature Bio Pharma reported a net revenue of ₹246 crore, alongside an EBITDA of ₹29 crore. The company recorded a gross margin of 40.1 per cent for the same period. Its business operations are divided into three primary segments: active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs), biopolymers, and nutraceuticals.
APIs currently represent the largest segment of the company, contributing 67 per cent of total sales. The API portfolio includes products such as thiocolchicoside, colchicine, nicotine, and vinpocetine. This segment serves over 150 customers across 26 countries, with exports accounting for 54 per cent of its revenue.
The biopolymer segment focuses on guar gum and specialty gums, accounting for 16 per cent of company sales. It maintains an export contribution of 69 per cent across 23 countries.
Meanwhile, the nutraceuticals segment represents 17 per cent of current sales and has been designated as the company's primary growth driver. Ennature Bio Pharma's portfolio in this category includes five branded ingredients: Aspargize, Gingeren, Maxicuma, Xanthogreen, and Berbisol. These products serve over 90 customers in 19 countries, with exports making up 83 per cent of the segment's revenue.
The company maintains manufacturing facilities located in Dehradun and Kashipur, which have production capacities of 1,600 and 24,000 metric tonnes respectively. These facilities hold certifications under EU-GMP, USFDA, and NSF-GMP standards. Additionally, Ennature Bio Pharma holds nine filed patents, five of which have been granted, and is currently conducting 20 clinical trials.
"The public listing of Ennature Bio Pharma marks an important transition for the business as it separates from India Glycols Limited to scale independently. With active pharmaceutical ingredients currently driving the bulk of revenue, the company's strategic focus on expanding its branded nutraceuticals segment will be key to its long-term market differentiation. Investors will likely monitor how effectively the company converts its ongoing clinical trials and international footprint into sustained margin expansion and profitable growth." — Dr. Shishir Gupta, Founder & CEO, StartupLanes
