Real estate developer Gaurs Group has entered into a ₹150 crore strategic partnership with Seaform Germany, a European manufacturer specializing in premium modular kitchens and wardrobe solutions.
Under the five-year agreement, Seaform’s products will be integrated into more than 10,000 residential units across Gaurs Group's under-development and forthcoming projects. This follows an earlier collaboration between the two companies at Trecento Residences by Gaurs, where Seaform provided kitchen and wardrobe craftsmanship.
The expanded partnership will cover several current developments, including The Island by Gaurs, Legacy by Gaurs, Gaur NYC Residences, Gaur Chrysalis, and Gaur Alaris. Additionally, the solutions will be implemented in forthcoming projects located in Crossing Republik, Sector 129, and Sector 150.
Commenting on the development, Veshesh Gaur, Director at Gaurs Group, stated that modern home buyers are increasingly seeking aspirational products and services. He noted that a partnership of this scale enables the company to offer a consistent, high-end benchmark for kitchens and wardrobes across its portfolio.
Klaus Wartlik, Managing Director of Seaform Germany, highlighted that the previous work at Trecento Residences demonstrated how German engineering and design can create a distinct residential offering. He added that extending the collaboration to cover over 10,000 kitchens reflects mutual confidence in operational capabilities.
Seaform Germany utilizes automated manufacturing facilities in Germany to produce its surface finishes, kitchen, and wardrobe systems, combining precision engineering with production technology.
This association adds to a series of technical and supplier tie-ups previously established by Gaurs Group. The developer has earlier partnered with TOTO and GROHE for bathroom solutions, K-NEST for shuttering solutions, and Finland-based Elematic for precast concrete technology.
"This ₹150 crore partnership between Gaurs Group and Seaform Germany highlights a growing trend in the real estate sector where developers are focusing on quality and international collaborations to attract premium buyers. By securing long-term supply agreements for over 10,000 units, the company is standardizing luxury across its portfolio while strengthening its value proposition in competitive micro-markets." — Dr. Shishir Gupta, Founder & CEO, StartupLanes
