HDFC Securities and Le Rythme Train 100 Underprivileged Youth in AI and Cybersecurity

HDFC Securities, in collaboration with NSDC-affiliated trainer Le Rythme, has successfully trained 100 young individuals from economically disadvantaged communities in the Delhi-NCR region. The four-month initiative focused on imparting vital skills in Basic Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and cybersecurity.

Designed to address the growing digital skills gap, the programme aims to create new livelihood opportunities for youth from underserved backgrounds. The initiative aligns with national objectives such as Skill India and Digital India, with all participants receiving certification under the National Skill Development Corporation.

According to the organisers, the programme targets an employment outcome where over 85 per cent of the participants secure meaningful jobs or establish their own ventures, thereby supporting financial independence and stability.

Dhiraj Relli, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of HDFC Securities, stated that equipping youth with contemporary skills like AI and cybersecurity is essential for national inclusivity. He noted that the partnership with Le Rythme moves beyond conventional skill development to offer sustainable career paths for talented individuals from disadvantaged backgrounds.

Dr Rajib Mukhopadhyay, Co-Founder of Le Rythme, confirmed that all participants have achieved Skill India Certification. He added that 85 per cent of the trainees have already secured employment or initiated their own businesses through the programme.
