Gurugram-based marketing and sales skilling institution Kraftshala School of Business has released placement outcomes for its digital marketing programme, Marketing Launchpad. The institution reported 1,037 marketing placements over the last 14 months, achieving an overall placement rate of 94% across batches.

According to the Marketing Launchpad Placement Report 2026, the programme recorded a highest CTC of INR 10.4 lakh per annum for freshers and INR 16 lakh per annum for candidates possessing relevant work experience. The average CTC for the batches stood at INR 5.3 lakh per annum. The institution stated that the placement figures reflect demand for specialized marketing talent capable of delivering practical outcomes on the job.

The programme's integration of an AI-led curriculum contributed to accelerated hiring momentum during the period. Placements grew by 74% year-on-year between January and August 2026 compared to the same timeframe in 2025, with a sharper acceleration of 147% recorded in the July–August 2026 quarter. Kraftshala has consistently published cohort reports since the inception of the programme, which includes outcomes such as Batch 39 achieving a 97% placement rate with a highest CTC of INR 9.2 lakh per annum.

Graduates from the Marketing Launchpad programme secured roles across various segments of the marketing ecosystem. Nearly one in three graduates joined global marketing and advertising networks including Publicis Groupe, Dentsu, Omnicom, WPP Media, and Havas Media Network. Others secured positions with agencies and brands such as M&C Saatchi, Madison World, LS Digital, Mensa Brands, Mamaearth, Comet, and Sleepy Owl. The recruiter base expanded to include companies like Lenskart, OYO, Meatigo, and Beardo, with nearly two in three graduates joining companies that have hired from the programme more than once.

Performance marketing led the sectoral distribution of roles at 31%, followed by digital marketing at 28% and ecommerce roles at 12%. The remaining 29% of positions were distributed across SEO, management trainee, growth marketing, brand marketing, programmatic advertising, and social media and content roles.

Commenting on the placement outcomes, Varun Satia, Founder and CEO of Kraftshala School of Business, said, "At Kraftshala, we believe the value of education lies in whether it prepares people to add value in their workplaces from day one. That is why Marketing Launchpad is designed around real business problems, practical execution and the skills that employers look for when hiring early-career marketing talent." He added that the long-term objective of the institution is to place 20,000 students every year by 2047.

The placement data also highlighted the reach of the online learning model, with two in three learners placed coming from outside India's top six metropolitan cities. Alumni such as Yuvraj Singh Deora, Growth Ads Manager at Lenskart, credited the programme's focus on practical business problem-solving for their industry readiness.

Founded in 2016 by Varun Satia and Eshu Sharma, Kraftshala offers job-linked programmes including Marketing Launchpad, PGP in AI-Led Marketing, and PGP in AI-Led Sales, Marketing and Business, working alongside an extensive network of hiring partners and industry instructors.

"The placement numbers reported by Kraftshala highlight a critical trend in the contemporary education and skilling sector: employers increasingly prioritize demonstrated, practical execution skills over traditional academic credentials. By aligning its curriculum with real-world business challenges and incorporating modern AI tools, the institution has managed to build sustained trust with a diverse recruiter network. Expanding access to career opportunities beyond major metropolitan hubs further demonstrates the scalability of practitioner-led digital learning models in addressing industry skill gaps." — Dr. Shishir Gupta, Founder & CEO, StartupLanes
