Applied AI and technology services provider Minfy Technologies has announced the expansion of its operations in the United States with the opening of a second office in Virginia. The strategic move is designed to deepen engagement with enterprise and public-sector customers, helping them transition from cloud and data foundations to production-scale AI implementations.
Founded in 2016, Minfy operates across North America, India, and the Asia-Pacific region, serving Fortune Global 500 companies, public-sector organizations, and high-growth businesses. The company specializes in cloud investment optimization, data platform modernization, and the operationalization of AI use cases across various functions including finance, operations, and customer experience.
According to the company, many organizations increasing their investments in AI face a persistent execution challenge when translating pilots and proofs-of-concept into scalable systems. Minfy's new Virginia location is intended to address this deployment gap by combining localized customer collaboration with the firm's global engineering and AI delivery capabilities.
Vijay Jain, Founder and CPCO of Minfy, noted that modern enterprises often struggle with execution rather than ambition. He stated that the expanded presence in Virginia will allow the company to work more closely with customer teams to move AI initiatives beyond experimentation and into tangible business outcomes.
The newly established office will primarily house a customer-facing layer focusing on consulting, architecture, and program leadership. This layer will complement Minfy's existing global engineering infrastructure, enabling real-time collaboration with enterprise stakeholders while maintaining the technical depth required for complex delivery frameworks.
Co-Founder Vivek Jain emphasized that proximity to customers improves operating context understanding and accelerates decision-making processes. The hybrid model aims to merge on-the-ground engagement with engineering depth to ensure enterprise AI transformation programs reach full operational scale.
Minfy leverages proprietary architectures, governance frameworks, and industry solutions—such as mTRUST7, mVISTA, and mPRISMA—alongside partnerships with global cloud and AI technology providers. The firm was recently recognized as a Leader and Star Performer in the Everest Group’s AWS Services PEAK Matrix Assessment for 2025 and as a Seasoned Vendor in AIM Research’s PeMa Quadrant for GenAI Service Providers for 2026.
"Minfy's expansion into Virginia highlights a critical operational shift happening across the global tech sector. Many enterprises struggle with moving AI experiments into actual production environments due to a lack of close technical alignment and execution frameworks. By establishing physical proximity to their U.S. enterprise clients, Minfy is addressing the deployment gap directly. This model of combining local consulting with global engineering depth is a pragmatic way to build long-term trust and deliver measurable business outcomes in complex digital transformations." — Dr. Shishir Gupta, Founder & CEO, StartupLanes
