NIVEA India has launched its Luminous Even Glow skincare range featuring patented Thiamidol, Niacinamide, and Aloe Vera. The campaign is fronted by actors Parul Gulati, Reem Shaikh, and influencer Niki Mehra to target Gen Z consumers.

NIVEA India has officially launched its Luminous Even Glow skincare range, marking a strategic move to position the brand as an ingredient-first player within India's competitive face care market. The campaign, which was announced on August 17, specifically targets Gen Z consumers and addresses common skin concerns such as dullness, dark spots, open pores, and dehydration.

The newly introduced product range utilizes a combination of active ingredients. Its core formulation features NIVEA’s patented Thiamidol, which the company states is designed to balance melanin production and address pigmentation at its source. This formulation is paired with Niacinamide for texture and pore refinement, alongside Aloe Vera for hydration.

As part of the marketing strategy, the campaign introduces a “3D Glow” framework that defines healthy skin across three key dimensions: luminosity, hydration, and even tone. To anchor the rollout, the brand has released a promotional film on YouTube featuring its three campaign ambassadors—actors Parul Gulati, Reem Shaikh, and influencer Niki Mehra.

Shweta Dalal, Marketing Director, noted that the range was created to balance efficacy with indulgence while appealing to a younger consumer base that approaches skincare with higher ingredient awareness.

The multi-channel marketing campaign will run across television, digital, and social media platforms. NIVEA India operates as a part of Hamburg-based Beiersdorf AG, which reported global sales of €9.9 billion in 2024. Additionally, NIVEA holds the title of India’s most trusted skincare brand according to the TRA Brand Trust Report 2025.

"NIVEA India's latest product rollout highlights a crucial shift in the consumer goods sector toward ingredient transparency and targeted demographic appeal. By focusing on active formulations like Thiamidol and Niacinamide for Gen Z, established legacy brands are adapting to younger audiences who demand scientific backing alongside traditional brand trust. Leveraging prominent digital influencers alongside actors further demonstrates an effective multi-channel approach to capture evolving market segments in India." — Dr. Shishir Gupta, Founder & CEO, StartupLanes
