Supreme Infrastructure India Limited is positioning its next phase of growth around building construction, EPC capabilities, and RCC frame structures. The company is leveraging its four decades of experience to target residential, commercial, and large-scale urban projects, highlighted by its partnership with Brookfield.

MUMBAI — Supreme Infrastructure India Limited has outlined its next phase of business growth, focusing on its established capabilities in building construction, engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC), and reinforced cement concrete (RCC) frame structures. While infrastructure remains central to its operations, the company is directing renewed attention toward building construction, housing, and Global Capability Centre (GCC) projects.

The company has a historical track record of delivering commercial buildings, institutional structures, and projects for government agencies. Its past work includes the Supreme Business Park in Powai, alongside various government and institutional engagements. According to the company, this background in engineering, project management, and execution forms the foundation for its current operational focus.

In December 2025, Supreme Infra announced a partnership with Brookfield for the development of a large Global Capability Centre in Powai. The project spans approximately six acres and is planned to comprise around 2 million square feet of office space. The development is expected to attract over $1 billion in investment and generate regional employment.

Vikram Sharma, Managing Director of Supreme Infrastructure India Limited, noted that Mumbai's real estate sector is shifting toward integrated developments that combine residential, commercial, and social infrastructure. He stated that the company's four decades of experience and existing land assets in established locations provide a solid understanding of how these urban ecosystems function.

Alongside commercial developments, housing forms another key area for deployment. The company aims to participate in residential projects, capitalizing on Mumbai's ongoing demand for housing, redevelopment, and urban regeneration. Supreme Infra's diversified EPC base spans roads, bridges, railways, water, power, and buildings, offering a range of sectors from which to rebuild scale as its order book strengthens.

"Supreme Infrastructure's strategic pivot toward leveraging its established EPC capabilities and land assets for large-scale urban projects, such as the Brookfield partnership in Powai, demonstrates a pragmatic approach to navigating market demand. For companies operating in capital-intensive sectors like infrastructure and construction, aligning long-term execution experience with high-value commercial and housing developments is a viable pathway to scaling operations and building sustainable platforms." — Dr. Shishir Gupta, Founder & CEO, StartupLanes
