Supreme Universal Secures Bandra Land Parcel with ₹1,500 Crore Revenue Potential

Luxury real estate developer Supreme Universal has secured development rights for a one-acre land parcel off Carter Road at Bandra in Mumbai. According to the company, the upcoming residential project has an estimated revenue potential of around ₹1,500 crore.

The upcoming development will feature one of the tallest towers in the neighborhood. Plans for the property include private sea-facing terraces for each residence, catering to the luxury housing segment in the micro-market.

This new project expands Supreme Universal’s existing portfolio of luxury residential properties in Mumbai. The company focuses on high-end residential spaces within coveted urban pockets of the city.

Speaking on the acquisition, Sunny Bijlani, joint managing director of Supreme Universal, noted the scarcity of large land parcels in the area. "Finding a land parcel of this scale in Bandra West, particularly so close to the coastline, is increasingly rare," Bijlani stated in a company release. He added that the company's objective is to build a development tailored to modern luxury homebuyers, focusing on space, privacy, openness, and design.

The project aligns with the developer's strategy of executing high-value residential projects in prime urban locations where demand for premium housing remains strong.
