Technology and AI transformation solutions provider UST has announced that it will host the second annual GenCyS global conference focusing on the intersection of artificial intelligence and cybersecurity. The two-day event is scheduled to take place from September 5 to September 6, 2026, at the company's campus in Thiruvananthapuram, India.

Building on the inaugural event held in 2025, the conference is designed to unite technology leaders, AI practitioners, security experts, researchers, developers, and students. The agenda features lectures, technical sessions, panel discussions, and hands-on workshops centered on the convergence of advanced artificial intelligence and robust security practices.

A key highlight of the event is the GenCyS CTF Finals. The competition brings together finalists from UST's capture-the-flag cybersecurity contest, which drew more than 1,500 participants globally.

The hybrid conference is free to attend, with online participation options available for individuals unable to travel to Thiruvananthapuram.
