Women’s functional intimates brand Tilt has raised ₹3 crore in a seed funding round from the Deepak Bhagnani Family Office. The company stated that the capital, which was raised last year, is currently being deployed to expand its distribution network and accelerate overall business growth.
Founded in 2022 by Shaivya Ramani and Raj Jain, Tilt focuses on developing functional innerwear products designed for women. Commenting on the brand's origin, co-founder Shaivya Ramani noted that the venture approaches product development by identifying everyday problems that women have historically normalised and creating solutions designed to fit naturally into daily life.
The brand reported significant growth, stating that its monthly net revenue grew more than 10-fold between April 2025 and April 2026. Tilt has served over 50,000 women and maintains a repeat customer ratio. Its products are primarily sold through its proprietary website, alongside online marketplaces such as Amazon, Myntra, and Ajio.
The seed round was backed by the Deepak Bhagnani Family Office, an investor in early-stage businesses and consumer brands. Shriyam Bhagnani, an investor at the family office, highlighted the rationale behind the investment, pointing to the founders' identification of an underserved consumer problem, a clear product-led solution, and demonstrated repeat customer behavior.
Looking ahead, Tilt has outlined plans to scale its operations to reach ₹10 crore in monthly revenue over the next 18 months, relying on continued distribution expansion and consumer demand for its functional innerwear lineup.
"The early-stage funding secured by Tilt highlights the growing investor interest in niche consumer brands that solve specific, everyday problems. Demonstrating a high repeat customer ratio and strong revenue growth over a defined period is critical for direct-to-consumer startups looking to attract family office investments. Scaling to ambitious revenue targets will now depend heavily on efficient distribution expansion and maintaining product differentiation in a competitive market." — Dr. Shishir Gupta, Founder & CEO, StartupLanes
