Companies expanding through domestic takeovers and international acquisitions are focusing on scaling their core operations. At the same time, regulatory actions by bodies like SEBI and the CCI emphasize the critical importance of corporate governance and compliance. For businesses and investors alike, navigating these shifting market dynamics requires a balanced approach focused on operational execution alongside stringent regulatory adherence." — Dr. Shishir Gupta, Founder & CEO, StartupLanes
