Procam International has launched a new version of 'HDOR – 100 Days of Running' aimed at building consistent fitness habits through digital adoption. Registrations open on National Sports Day, with the 100-day journey scheduled to run from October 10, 2026, to January 17, 2027.

MUMBAI — Procam International has announced a relaunch of 'HDOR – 100 Days of Running' in a new format. Now part of the Procam portfolio after an 11-year history of building consistent fitness cultures, the platform aims to make fitness accessible, easier to start, and sustainable for a wider audience.

Aligning with the vision of Fit India, the initiative allows participants of all ages and fitness levels to engage in running, walking, cycling, or duathlons from any location. Registrations for the upcoming event open on India's National Sports Day, August 29, 2026, via the official website, hdor.com. The 100-day journey will officially begin on October 10, 2026, and conclude on January 17, 2027.

Organisers note that India's rapid digital adoption and expanding internet connectivity provide new opportunities to encourage healthier lifestyles amidst growing lifestyle-related health risks. By combining technology and physical movement, the updated platform seeks to make daily routines more flexible and inclusive.

Vivek Singh, Joint Managing Director of Procam International, stated, "HDOR isn't really about 100 days of running. It is about using 100 days of movement to build a habit. You don't need to be fit to start. You start to become fit."

As part of this year's rollout, The Akshaya Patra Foundation has joined as the exclusive Community Impact Partner. Through this partnership, participants can contribute toward providing hot, nutritious school meals to children, supporting regular school attendance and development.

The framework of HDOR is structured to eliminate traditional barriers to entry, accommodating first-time participants, senior citizens, families, corporate groups, and running clubs. Participants are also encouraged to sponsor individuals who may not otherwise have access to participate.
