BKJ Airports has introduced a QR code-based digital hazard reporting platform named GroundSafe alongside new operational manuals. The company also inaugurated its new 100,000-square-foot corporate headquarters in Jaipur during its recent leadership conclave.

Jaipur — BKJ Airports, a ground handling company operating under JK Jajoo Ventures, has announced the launch of GroundSafe, a proprietary digital platform designed for real-time hazard and ground incident reporting. The tool utilizes a QR code-based interface to allow employees to instantly report unsafe conditions and operational hazards.

According to the company, the platform aims to facilitate faster corrective actions and promote a transparent, non-punitive safety culture across its network. The rollout coincides with the introduction of three organization-wide manuals: the Safety & Quality Management System manual, the Ground Handling Service Provider manual, and the Ground Service Equipment manual. These documents are intended to establish standardized operating procedures and compliance frameworks across all stations.

The announcements were made during the company's Leadership Conclave 2026, which brought together station heads from across India. The two-day event also marked the official inauguration of BKJ Airports' new 1-lakh-square-foot corporate headquarters in Jaipur.

As part of its ongoing digital transformation, BKJ Airports detailed the implementation of enterprise systems including SAP S/4HANA ERP and Darwinbox HRMS, alongside digital boarding and baggage initiatives. The company also outlined its technology roadmap, which includes future plans for AI-powered workforce rostering, IoT-enabled equipment monitoring, airline self-service dashboards, and predictive operational intelligence.

BKJ Airports currently provides integrated ground handling and aviation support services across 17 airports nationwide. Leadership sessions during the conclave focused on financial discipline, customer excellence, and the company's long-term expansion goals, which target a presence in over 50 airports by 2030 and more than 100 airport contracts by 2035.

"The integration of digital safety tools like GroundSafe alongside enterprise resource systems reflects a structured approach to scaling operations in the aviation support sector.
