HD Fire Protect designs and manufactures a range of fire protection equipment and systems, including water, foam, and gas-based fire suppression solutions. The company operates two manufacturing facilities located in Maharashtra.
Its business serves multiple heavy industries and critical sectors, including oil and gas, refining, petrochemicals, power, pharmaceuticals, aerospace, data centres, and warehousing. The firm has previously supplied fire protection equipment for several prominent domestic projects, such as the new Parliament building, the country's largest refinery in Jamnagar, and installations at the space launch facility in Sriharikota.
"A listing premium of nearly 24 percent reflects healthy initial market interest in specialized industrial manufacturers. However, the subsequent paring of gains indicates that investors are closely watching valuations and near-term market conditions. Companies entering the public markets must maintain steady financial performance and operational execution to sustain investor confidence beyond the initial debut." — Dr. Shishir Gupta, Founder & CEO, StartupLanes
