Indian Cloud Provider NxtGen Launches SpeedCloud Global for International Markets

MUMBAI — Indian sovereign cloud and AI provider NxtGen has officially launched SpeedCloud Global, extending its enterprise-grade managed cloud and AI services to international markets. The move places the Indian company in direct competition with global hyperscalers by focusing on cost efficiency and performance.

According to the company, SpeedCloud Global delivers general workloads at 60 percent lower costs than leading hyperscalers, alongside cloud deployment times as short as 48 hours. The service is targeted at organizations seeking high-performance alternatives to incumbent providers without sacrificing compliance, reliability, or enterprise controls.

Speaking on the launch, A S Rajgopal, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of NxtGen, stated that India is transitioning from being a technology back office to building world-class cloud infrastructure that competes globally on cost and performance.

To mark the international rollout, NxtGen organized a flag relay across India, carrying the SpeedCloud Global flag from a Himalayan pass in Ladakh at over 18,000 feet to the company's datacenter in Bidadi near Bangalore.

SpeedCloud Global builds on NxtGen's domestic presence in India, where the company currently serves more than 1,000 customers and over 200 government departments. Earlier this year, NxtGen was recognized as a Strong Performer in The Forrester Wave: Sovereign Cloud Platforms (Q2 2026) and operates a major AI infrastructure footprint in the country.

The company maintains a range of enterprise certifications, including ISO 27001:2022, ISO 27017, ISO 27018, ISO 20000-1:2018, SOC 1 Type I, SOC 2 Type II, SOC 3, and PCI DSS. Additionally, NxtGen is empaneled under the MeitY Government Community Cloud, CERT-In, and the IndiaAI Mission.
