NEW DELHI — Mach Travel Solutions Limited, a publicly listed technology-enabled travel solutions company trading on the Bombay Stock Exchange under the ticker MACHLTD, announced that its B2C Online Travel Agency platform, Machtravel.com, alongside the Mach Travel mobile application, has opened for public beta testing.
During the public beta phase, users can access and explore multiple travel services on the platform, including flights, hotels, holidays, MICE, cruises, and visa services. The digital ecosystem aims to bring these offerings together with a focus on technology, ease of use, and competitive pricing.
The public beta marks a milestone in the development of the company's B2C travel platform, allowing users to experience the service ahead of its full commercial launch. The company has invited shareholders, customers, travel partners, and the wider public to explore the website and mobile application, test the booking experience, and share feedback.
According to the company, inputs received during the beta phase will assist in refining the platform, enhancing functionality, and improving the overall user experience. Because the platform is currently in its beta stage, users may experience slower responsiveness, and certain features may continue to be added, modified, or optimized based on real-world usage.
Commenting on the launch, Mr. Amit Bhatia, Chairman & Managing Director of Mach Travel Solutions Limited, stated that opening the platform for public beta testing is an important milestone in the company's B2C journey. He noted that the objective is to continuously improve the platform through technology and customer feedback to build a travel experience delivering both convenience and value.
Incorporated in 2004 and formerly known as Mach Conferences & Events Ltd., Mach Travel Solutions provides end-to-end travel solutions across corporate travel, MICE, B2B, leisure, and government and institutional projects. The company maintains a pan-India presence with offices in Noida, New Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Bhubaneswar, and Ahmedabad, and holds accreditations with national and international travel associations including IATA, GBTA, and PATA.
"Releasing a platform for public beta testing is a practical approach for a technology-driven company entering the B2C segment. By inviting real users, shareholders, and partners to test the ecosystem early, Mach Travel Solutions can gather authentic feedback on its flight, hotel, and visa services while managing technical adjustments. This strategy minimizes commercial rollout risks and ensures the platform is optimized for actual consumer demand before its full-scale market launch." — Dr. Shishir Gupta, Founder & CEO, StartupLanes
