"A share buyback proposal by a major listed entity like PVR Inox signals important capital allocation decisions by the management. When companies consider repurchasing their equity, it often draws close attention from market participants regarding liquidity and long-term valuation. Stakeholders will need to wait for the upcoming board meeting on August 31 to understand the definitive structure, pricing, and volume of the proposed buyback." — Dr. Shishir Gupta, Founder & CEO, StartupLanes
