Voice AI startup Ringg AI has secured $10 million in an extension to its Series A funding round led by Peak XV Partners. The fresh capital will be used to enhance its proprietary AI models, expand platform capabilities, and accelerate international go-to-market efforts.

Voice artificial intelligence startup Ringg AI has raised $10 million as an extension to its Series A funding round. The latest financing was led by Peak XV Partners, with continued participation from existing investors Arkam Ventures and Capital 2b. Earlier this year, the company had raised $5.5 million as part of the initial phase of its Series A round.

Ringg AI builds enterprise AI agents designed to automate customer conversations alongside the business workflows that follow. The platform combines voice, WhatsApp, and browser agents into a single system. Rather than operating as standalone tools, these agents share context across customer interactions, business rules, and enterprise databases. This allows businesses to automate operational workflows such as lead qualification, onboarding, customer support, collections, and renewals, while incorporating provisions for human teams to intervene when necessary.

“Nobody buys us because the demo sounds good,” said Siddharth Tripathi, Founder and CEO of Ringg AI. “They buy us because onboarding improves, resolution times fall, or qualified leads start showing up in the CRM without someone having to make the call. Enterprises should not have to buy a voice layer and then stitch the rest together. We own the loop from conversation to action to evaluation to improvement.”

The newly raised capital will be allocated toward strengthening Ringg's core AI platform, scaling its voice, WhatsApp, and browser agents, and deepening investments in its proprietary AI models and context graph. Additionally, the funds will support the company's enterprise go-to-market strategies across India and international markets.

The startup's technology is already operational at several major enterprises, including Policybazaar, CRED, Flipkart, Groww, Practo, Tabby, SuperNova, and GoodScore. Its deployments span diverse sectors such as marketplaces, healthcare, banking, fintech, and IT.

“我们 chose to solve the hardest version of the problem first,” said Kali Charan Vemuru, Co-founder and CTO of Ringg AI. “If an agent can handle a noisy call, switch across languages, and still complete a real workflow, it can work almost anywhere. We are building this in India, for a global market.”

As part of its technical roadmap, Ringg is developing more of its underlying AI stack, including proprietary speech-to-text models named Parrot, followed by upcoming small language models. This approach aims to give enterprises greater control over operating costs, data compliance, and data residency. The platform currently supports in-region deployments across India, the GCC, the US, and Europe, alongside on-premise deployment options for clients requiring local infrastructure control.

"The expansion of Ringg AI's Series A round by $10 million demonstrates sustained investor confidence in enterprise-focused AI infrastructure. By moving beyond simple customer interaction tools to manage complex backend workflows and data residency requirements, the company is addressing core operational pain points for large-scale businesses. Developing proprietary models locally while targeting global markets reflects a maturing business model within the Indian deep-tech startup ecosystem." — Dr. Shishir Gupta, Founder & CEO, StartupLanes
