AMSTERDAM — Amsterdam-headquartered startup ByteLens has officially launched its AI-native operational intelligence product designed specifically for telecom operators. The platform aims to address fragmented data challenges in the telecommunications sector by warning of faults before customers are impacted, identifying root causes across multiple vendors and domains within seconds, and executing pre-approved repairs.
According to the company, the platform integrates with open telemetry standards and existing monitoring systems used by operators, eliminating the need for new agents, system re-architecture, or secondary data copies. ByteLens spans the operator's existing data estate and enriches it as each fault is resolved. Rather than replacing engineers, the system is designed to replace traditional dashboards, providing conversational answers tailored to specific internal personas.
Anil Jain, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of ByteLens, stated that autonomous operations are achieved when networks handle previously encountered issues automatically, leaving engineers to focus solely on matters requiring human judgment.
