Hexaware Technologies has introduced a new cybersecurity offering called Zero Vulnerability, designed to help enterprises manage and fix security findings accelerated by AI. The platform integrates with existing tools to streamline the remediation lifecycle from identification to production verification.

MUMBAI, India — Hexaware Technologies, an AI-first digital and IT services company listed on the NSE under the ticker HEXT, has announced the launch of Zero Vulnerability. The new cybersecurity offering is aimed at addressing a growing operational challenge for enterprises: the speed at which artificial intelligence discovers vulnerabilities versus the finite capacity of security and engineering teams to investigate and resolve them.

According to data cited from the Verizon 2026 Data Breach Investigations Report, only 26% of critical Known-Exploited Vulnerabilities were fully remediated last year, representing a decline from 38%. Additionally, the median time required to fully resolve these vulnerabilities increased from 32 to 43 days, while 99% of AI-discovered vulnerabilities reportedly remain unremediated.

The Zero Vulnerability offering is designed to help organizations sort through security findings, determine which issues pose the highest risk, route them to appropriate teams, and verify that vulnerabilities are removed in production environments rather than simply marked as closed. The system operates across various IT environments, including custom applications, SaaS and PaaS platforms, operating systems, and third-party software.

Delivered via Zerovity, Hexaware’s AI-led delivery layer, the remediation platform supports the complete lifecycle from ingestion and validation through prioritization, fixing, and verification. The company stated that the platform is built to integrate with existing security and workflow tools rather than requiring enterprises to replace their current infrastructure.

Mohit Vaish, Executive Vice President and Business Head for Cybersecurity at Hexaware, commented on the capacity gap in enterprise security. He noted that while AI accelerates vulnerability discovery, enterprise remediation capacity remains limited. The objective of the new offering is to prioritize critical exposures and accelerate the verification process.

Internal evaluations conducted by Hexaware demonstrated the importance of production validation. Across four detection lanes on production codebases, 334 findings were consolidated, of which 14 were ultimately verified as real. The evaluation also involved a developer-validated review of 262 findings, leading to the identification of an authentication-bypass weakness that standard pattern-based rules had missed.
