PUNE, MAHARASHTRA — Technology services firm NewVision Software has detailed its expanded India strategy following its recent acquisition by SoftServe, a global technology services company headquartered in Austin, Texas.
Following the acquisition, NewVision Software operates as a wholly owned SoftServe company. The firm will retain its existing brand and leadership team while integrating with SoftServe’s global network, which includes more than 10,000 professionals across 15 countries and over three decades of enterprise delivery experience.
India currently hosts more than 1,900 Global Capability Centres (GCCs) serving multinational enterprises across sectors such as financial services, technology, energy, healthcare, and manufacturing. According to the company, the combined entity aims to assist these GCCs in transitioning from traditional cost centres into value and innovation hubs by leveraging strengths in AI, cloud, data, engineering, and intelligent managed services.
The integration provides multinational enterprises operating in India with access to NewVision’s local delivery capabilities alongside SoftServe’s global scale. SoftServe has a track record of delivering over 20,000 customer projects globally, partnering with technology platforms including AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft, and NVIDIA.
As part of its workforce development plans, NewVision Software is investing in skills, tools, and workflows to build an AI-enabled workforce. The company plans to integrate agentic AI tools, training, and workflows across its engineering and delivery operations in Pune. Technology professionals joining the firm will gain access to global enterprise programmes, international client exposure, and structured learning and development initiatives.
NewVision Software specializes in product engineering, agentic assurance, cloud modernization, data solutions, and intelligent managed services. The Pune-based firm currently employs over 700 professionals and has completed more than 150 projects across sectors including healthtech, fintech, audit and tax, independent software vendors, and technology.
