MUMBAI — Procam International has announced a new avatar for 'HDOR - 100 Days of Running', a movement building a culture of consistent fitness over the past 11 years. Now integrated into the Procam portfolio, the initiative aims to make fitness accessible through a stronger platform and wider reach.
Inspired by the Fit India vision, HDOR invites individuals of all ages and fitness levels to participate via running, walking, cycling, or duathlons. Registrations for the event open on India's National Sports Day, August 29, 2026, on the official HDOR website. The 100-day journey will officially begin on October 10, 2026, and conclude on January 17, 2027.
According to Procam, the initiative leverages India's rapid digital adoption and internet connectivity to help people track and sustain healthier habits amid rising lifestyle-related health risks.
Vivek Singh, Joint Managing Director of Procam International, stated that the program focuses on building habits rather than just running. "You don't need to be fit to start. You start to become fit. Our vision is to make movement accessible to every household and, in doing so, contribute to the larger vision of a Fit India," Singh said.
The Akshaya Patra Foundation, a direct implementation partner for the PM POSHAN program, has joined the initiative as the exclusive Community Impact Partner. Through this partnership, participants will have the opportunity to contribute toward providing hot, nutritious meals to children on school days, supporting attendance and education.
HDOR is designed to accommodate first-time participants, senior citizens, families, corporates, and running clubs, removing traditional barriers to participation. Participants are also encouraged to sponsor individuals who may not otherwise have access to the program.
Founded in 1988 by brothers Anil and Vivek Singh, Procam International is a sports management company involved in live events, sports consultancy, and television production. Its portfolio includes major endurance events such as the Tata Mumbai Marathon, Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon, Tata Consultancy Services World 10K, and Tata Steel World 25K Kolkata.
"Procam International's relaunch of HDOR demonstrates how established sports management firms can scale community-driven health initiatives by leveraging digital platforms and strategic partnerships. By incorporating a social impact model with The Akshaya Patra Foundation, the initiative creates a dual value proposition—promoting public health while addressing nutritional needs for school children. This structured approach to everyday fitness highlights the expanding market potential for tech-enabled wellness and sports engagement in India." — Dr. Shishir Gupta, Founder & CEO, StartupLanes
