SAN FRANCISCO and NOIDA, India — TestMu AI, operating as a full-stack agentic AI quality engineering platform formerly known as LambdaTest, wrapped up its fifth annual TestMu Conference. The three-day virtual summit centered on agentic engineering and quality, outlining industry shifts toward autonomous software development.
The event drew over 75,000 registrations spanning more than 120 countries, with participants including software testers, developers, engineering leaders, and machine learning engineers. According to the company, the summit recorded active participation from over 10,000 attendees across its 96 sessions, panels, and workshops.
The agenda featured speakers from prominent global enterprises, including Microsoft, Meta, Replit, Databricks, Glean, Hinge Health, Salesforce, and Piramal Finance. Notable industry representatives included Luis Héctor Chávez, Chief Technology Officer at Replit; Francesca Lazzeri, Principal Group Director at Microsoft; Thomas Dohmke, Co-Founder and CEO of Entire; and Dona Sarkar, Chief Troublemaker for Microsoft Enterprise AI Advocacy at Microsoft.
Discussions during the summit yielded three primary takeaways for the software development sector. First, industry leaders emphasized that trust in automated systems must be actively engineered through rigorous evaluations, verification layers, and continuous validation as AI agents assume larger workloads. Second, the consensus pointed to the necessity of moving agentic workflows out of pilot phases and into production by establishing appropriate quality gates, observability, and governance. Third, panelists highlighted that human oversight and quality layers remain essential for guiding and supervising AI tools effectively.

Following the conclusion of the 2026 event, TestMu AI announced plans for the sixth annual TestMu Conference, scheduled to take place from August 24 to August 26, 2027.
