A reactor blast at the Hazelo Pharma industrial unit in Telangana's Yadadri Bhuvanagiri district has resulted in two worker fatalities and nine injuries. The incident took place late Friday night during a shift change.
Two workers lost their lives and nine others sustained injuries following a reactor explosion at a pharmaceutical manufacturing unit in Telangana. The accident occurred late on Friday night.
According to local police reports, the incident took place at the Hazelo Pharma facility situated in Dothigudemin, located within the Pochampally mandal of the Yadadri Bhuvanagiri district. The blast transpired precisely as workers were transitioning between shifts.
Emergency response and law enforcement personnel arrived at the scene following the explosion. The nine injured individuals have been receiving medical attention for their wounds.
Authorities have stated that further investigation into the exact cause and circumstances surrounding the reactor blast is currently ongoing.
