MUMBAI — YuVerse, operating as a Yubi Group company, announced the launch of four new products at its flagship event, Yunite, held at Taj Santacruz in Mumbai on August 27, 2026. The new product suite includes platforms for AI agent building, AI video generation, voice quality assurance, and customer engagement campaign management.
The newly unveiled products are YuBuild, YuVin Studio, YuVals, and YuCamp. According to the company, the releases are designed to help enterprise teams deploy conversational agents, manage video campaigns, score calls, and run multi-channel customer engagement strategies without requiring custom engineering from scratch.
YuBuild is an AI agent building platform that allows businesses to create, test, and deploy agents across voice, WhatsApp, and chat. The system includes a multi-stage quality assurance pipeline to score agents before they go live and maintains context across multiple communication channels.
YuVin Studio is an AI video generation tool aimed at producing personalised video content at volume. The platform features a template-driven workflow capable of generating up to one million personalised videos in a single day, with built-in editing capabilities.
YuVals functions as an AI-powered voice analytics tool designed to automatically score customer service calls across full coverage rather than relying on manual sampling methods. Meanwhile, YuCamp serves as a self-service campaign management platform enabling organisations to design and track campaigns across voice, AI voice bots, SMS, RCS, email, and WhatsApp.
Speaking on the launch, Mathangi Sri Ramachandran, CEO and Co-founder of YuVerse, stated that the products were developed to address common challenges faced by founders and banking teams in moving from custom engineering to direct team deployment. YuVerse has previously worked with more than 50 institutions across lending, payments, and enterprise sectors.
The Yunite event also featured a panel discussion addressing the transition of AI from pilot phases to enterprise-scale deployment. Representatives from Federal Bank, DBS Bank, CRIF, and Lithion Power participated in the session to discuss data foundations, governance, and measurable business impact.
YuVerse is part of the Yubi Group, an operating system for financial services founded by Gaurav Kumar and backed by investors including Peak XV, Insight Partners, Lightspeed, B Capital Group, Dragoneer, and TVS Capital.
"The expansion of YuVerse into self-serve enterprise AI platforms highlights a broader trend in the business ecosystem: companies are moving away from lengthy custom engineering cycles toward scalable, ready-to-deploy tools. For financial institutions and large enterprises, adopting modular AI for customer engagement, document processing, and quality assurance can significantly reduce turnaround times and operational friction. However, as these technologies integrate deeper into core workflows, maintaining rigorous governance and robust data foundations will remain critical for sustainable enterprise adoption." — Dr. Shishir Gupta, Founder & CEO, StartupLanes
