Realty firm Brigade Enterprises Ltd has announced a partnership with Hyatt Hotels Corporation to manage two new hotels in Bengaluru, adding a combined 600 keys to its existing portfolio.

According to a regulatory filing, Brigade Enterprises has signed management agreements with Hyatt for the upcoming properties. The hotels will be named Hyatt Regency Bengaluru at Brigade Global Park and Hyatt Regency Bengaluru at Brigade's upcoming township situated on Whitefield-Kadugodi Road.

Nirupa Shankar, Joint Managing Director of Brigade Enterprises Ltd, noted that hospitality remains an integral component of the company's landmark projects. She stated that the inclusion of these two Hyatt Regency hotels in their upcoming mixed-use developments marks a significant step in expanding their hospitality footprint in Bengaluru, as both properties will be integrated into larger developments combining multiple asset classes.

Vikas Chawla, President for India and Southwest Asia at Hyatt, remarked that Bengaluru continues to exhibit steady demand across business travel, meetings, and events, positioning it as a strategic market for the hotel chain's ongoing expansion in India.

Established in 1986, Brigade Group operates as one of the prominent property developers in India. The company has a portfolio spanning residential, commercial, and hospitality projects across multiple cities, including Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mysuru, Kochi, Thiruvananthapuram, and GIFT City.

"This strategic partnership between Brigade Enterprises and Hyatt Hotels reflects a sound business approach to large-scale real estate development. By integrating branded hospitality assets into mixed-use projects like townships and integrated developments, developers can maximize asset utilization and cater directly to the steady demand for business travel and events in key metropolitan markets like Bengaluru. Collaborating with established global hospitality operators also helps developers enhance project value and operational efficiency." — Dr. Shishir Gupta, Founder & CEO, StartupLanes
