Ek Microbook has launched an AI-powered software platform aimed at simplifying corporate compliance and documentation under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs for startups, MSMEs, and professionals. The company also announced plans to release a mobile application named Ek Microbook Connect to enable remote monitoring of compliance status and office-related tasks.

NEW DELHI — Compliance management platform Ek Microbook has officially launched its artificial intelligence-powered software designed to assist startups, small businesses, and professionals with statutory filings and documentation under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA).

The newly introduced software integrates compliance management with several automated features, including document generation, task tracking, client record management, deadline reminders, and professional office administration tools. The platform is specifically targeted at Company Secretaries, Chartered Accountants, Cost and Management Accountants, corporate lawyers, tax consultants, and micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs).

Shobharam Dhama, founder of Ek Microbook, stated that the platform was developed to make MCA-related procedures more accessible for users who may not possess specialised technical knowledge. According to the company, the AI-enabled features are designed to assist with preparing statutory forms, organising information, and navigating filing procedures to minimise repetitive manual administrative tasks.

Startups and small businesses frequently encounter difficulties in maintaining corporate records, preparing regulatory documents, and meeting statutory deadlines. By consolidating multiple compliance-related functions onto a single digital platform, Ek Microbook intends to help businesses lower their administrative workload so they can concentrate on their core operations.

In addition to the software platform, Dhama announced plans for the upcoming launch of a mobile application titled Ek Microbook Connect. This mobile extension will allow users to access office-related information, manage documents, monitor compliance status, and track professional activities directly through their smartphones.

The market entry of the platform coincides with a broader trend of increased digital tool adoption across professional services, driven by growing regulatory requirements for timely filings, accurate documentation, and efficient record management. While the company aims to make compliance processes more accessible through technology, users retain the ultimate responsibility for ensuring that all filings and documents meet applicable regulatory requirements.

"Regulatory compliance remains a complex and resource-heavy task for early-stage startups and small businesses. Technology platforms that automate document generation and track statutory deadlines can significantly reduce administrative overhead. However, founders and professionals must remember that software tools assist with efficiency, but the ultimate responsibility for regulatory accuracy and adherence to legal standards still rests entirely with the business." — Dr. Shishir Gupta, Founder & CEO, StartupLanes
