Integrated services provider NIS Management has posted a 35 per cent increase in net profit to ₹7 crore for the June quarter, driven by a 16 per cent growth in income and improved operating margins. The company also secured new orders worth ₹52 crore during the period.

NIS Management, an integrated services platform specializing in security, facility management, electronic security, and skill development, has announced its financial results for the quarter ending June, reporting a 35 per cent increase in net profit to ₹7 crore.

During the quarter under review, the company's total income rose by 16 per cent to reach ₹116 crore. Profitability saw a sharper increase, with EBITDA growing 36 per cent to ₹9 crore compared to the corresponding period.

Along with the financial performance, NIS Management secured new orders worth ₹52 crore during the quarter. Debajit Choudhury, Chairman and Managing Director of NIS Management, stated that the margin improvements were a result of better operating efficiencies, disciplined execution, and a continued focus on improving the quality of the service mix.

The company added that it strengthened its business momentum during the quarter by securing contracts from marquee clients, including entities from the Reliance Group, NESCO, and the West Bengal Public Works Department (PWD).

Outlining the company's strategy, Choudhury noted that NIS Management will continue to focus on scaling its integrated facility management operations, expanding higher-value and margin-accretive services, strengthening client relationships, and increasing the integration of technology across its service delivery network.

Commenting on the broader market environment, the company stated that industry conditions remain supportive. Growth is being driven by the rising trend of outsourcing non-core business activities and an increased customer preference for organized, compliant, and integrated service providers. Backed by its established operating presence and expanding client base, the company aims to sustain long-term growth.

"The financial results of NIS Management demonstrate how disciplined execution and a clear focus on operational efficiencies can directly improve bottom-line performance. In the integrated services sector, scaling higher-value offerings and securing key institutional clients are critical for maintaining healthy margins. As more organizations move toward outsourcing non-core operations, compliant and organized providers that leverage technology in service delivery are well-positioned to capture steady market demand." — Dr. Shishir Gupta, Founder & CEO, StartupLanes
