MUMBAI — PNGS Reva Diamond Jewellery Limited has announced its financial results for the first half of fiscal year 2027, reporting a sharp rise in earnings driven entirely by diamond jewellery sales. The company exited gold sales during the period.
For H1FY27, net revenue climbed 52 per cent year-on-year to ₹2,385 million. Profit after tax stood at ₹505 million, marking a 151 per cent increase from ₹201 million in the corresponding period of the previous fiscal year. The company recorded a PAT margin of 21 per cent. Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) more than doubled to ₹626 million, representing a 26 per cent margin compared to 20 per cent in H1FY26.
During the second quarter alone, revenue from operations grew 46 per cent year-on-year to ₹1,205 million. The company noted that this performance was achieved without any festive days in the quarter, contrasting with nine festive days during Q2FY26.
In terms of retail expansion, Reva opened three new Company Owned, Company Operated (COCO) stores during FY27, including its first outlet in Jaipur at Pacific Mall. As of the reporting date, the company operates 34 Shop-in-Shop stores and 5 COCO stores across 26 cities in Maharashtra, Gujarat, Karnataka, and Rajasthan. Reva plans to launch a total of 15 exclusive brand outlets, of which four have already been opened, focusing on Tier-1 cities alongside select Tier-2 and metro markets.
The company also expanded its distribution channels by launching its e-commerce platform, revadiamonds.com, on September 16, 2026. Additionally, actor Sharvari Wagh was onboarded as the brand ambassador during the period, and the brand received the “Best Diamond Jewellery Brand” award at the JewelX Global Business Awards 2026.
Reva's balance sheet figures as of September 2026 showed total assets of ₹7,908 million, inventories amounting to ₹4,604 million, and total equity standing at ₹5,606 million.
"Reva Diamonds' performance in H1FY27 demonstrates how strategic focus and product rationalization can drive strong financial results. By completely exiting gold sales to concentrate solely on diamond jewellery, the company has significantly improved its margins, with EBITDA and net profit showing substantial growth even in a quarter without festive demand. Expanding retail footprints through COCO stores, scaling omnichannel capabilities via e-commerce, and maintaining strict asset discipline are effective steps for scaling modern retail brands in competitive urban markets." — Dr. Shishir Gupta, Founder & CEO, StartupLanes
