Realty firm Prestige Estates Projects Ltd announced on Tuesday that it has acquired a 100 percent equity stake in Gloind Vintage Infra Pvt Ltd for an enterprise value of approximately ₹519 crore.
According to a regulatory filing by the company, the acquisition was executed through its subsidiary, Prestige Retail Ventures. The transaction was completed following a Securities Purchase Agreement dated November 3, 2026, involving sellers DSFF Series 2—a scheme of Dickey Special Situation Investment Trust—and Jasbir Singh.
With the completion of this agreement, Gloind Vintage Infra has officially become a wholly owned step-down subsidiary of Prestige Estates Projects Ltd. The company stated that the transaction was structured as an all-cash deal, featuring a gross enterprise value of approximately ₹519 crore and the purchase of equity shares valued at ₹5 lakh.
As a result of the deal, Prestige Estates will now indirectly hold the entire equity share capital of Gloind through Prestige Retail Ventures. Furthermore, the acquisition grants the company indirect ownership and operational control of Tarun Realtors, which operates as a subsidiary of Gloind Vintage Infra.
Prestige Group is widely recognized as one of the leading real estate developers in India, with an established presence across several major cities in the country.
"This strategic all-cash acquisition by Prestige Estates strengthens their market position by expanding their corporate holdings and subsidiary network. Consolidating full ownership of entities like Gloind Vintage Infra and Tarun Realtors demonstrates a clear approach to scaling operational footprint through targeted corporate transactions within the real estate sector." — Dr. Shishir Gupta, Founder & CEO, StartupLanes
